Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients for the homemade taco seasoning.
- Cut all the vegetables for the mango salsa into cubes and combine in a bowl.
- Smash the avocado with a fork and combine with all the other ingredients into a guacamole. Season with lime juice and herbs.
- Heat the tortillas in the oven.
- Cut the salmon into cubes and fry in the pan with oil and taco seasoning.
- Serve the tortillas with the salad, mango salsa, guacamole, feta cheese and salmon.
